Really well thought out course Really well thought out course, it's great that you can look at the course and learn prior to the exam. Taking the mock exams several times gives you the confidence to take the actual online exam. The exam is well thought out. I can't comment on the speed of certificate delivery and been told it will be with me in 5 days, I hope it does.

From signing up to take the online exam, to phone calls to ask questions and check on progress, all the staff have been really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue at the beginning of my process however one quick phone call and everything was sorted out for me straight away.
