Passed my exam more than a month ago and still no certificate I have passed the exam on 23rd December 2020 and today is 27th January 2021. I still haven't received my certificate. I've sent 2 emails asking for status on my certificate and there is no response. I then spoke to their online chat support team twice and still no sign of my certificate. No correspondence explaining why I still have not received my certificate. It's pathetic!

Taking the mock exams several times gives you the confidence to take the actual online exam. The exam is well thought out. I can't comment on the speed of certificate delivery and been told it will be with me in 5 days, I hope it does.
