GBUnfavorable experience Unfortunately, my experience with Sundays has been extremely disappointing. After placing my order, I eagerly awaited the arrival of my pup’s new food, only to be met with silence. It was only after numerous attempts at reaching out to their customer service that I discovered the reason for the delay – they “are currently low on recipes”. Given they promote using only meats and produce, this is quite an incredible claim. I need only go to the supermarket to see there are no shortages of either. What's most frustrating, however, has been the lack of proactive communication from their end regarding this issue. Instead of informing me ahead of time about the shortage and providing options or refunds, they continued to bill me for subsequent orders and sent misleading emails claiming that my shipments were being prepared when they weren’t. I even received one from Dr. Tory inquiring as to how Ziggy was transitioning to her new food that, as the owner of Sundays, she’s fully aware we haven’t received. This level of negligence and disregard for their customers' time and money is unacceptable. What kind of company continues to take money from customers when it’s fully aware it is incapable of providing the product that money should pay for? I would caution anyone considering purchasing from Sundays to think twice and explore more reliable alternatives.

GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My dog liked the food, but it did not arrive on time, so I had to buy other food (not great for a dog with a sensitive stomach). I emailed the company at the email they provided and RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. The very next shipment was late and, again, I emailed them and for a second time, I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I dropped them immediately. AWFUL (NON EXISTENT) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disappointing.

GBI ordered a box on expedited 2 day… I ordered a box on expedited 2 day shipping because my pup was eating more and was almost out of his Sundays food. I was only emailed 5 days later apologizing about the delay and was told on March 27th that it was sent out for over night shipping. Here we are on March 29th and my pup is still without his normal day to day Sundays food. For me it’s not ideal to feed my dog a rice and chicken diet to sub not having his food. I’m beyond furious because this company is messing with the nutrition of my pup. I’m really considering researching another air dry food for my pup. He’s the most important thing in the world to us which is why we feed him such expensive nutrition. He comes first, but apparently to Sundays his nutrition is not being valued. Do better Sundays for dogs. So better. I don’t care about a discount or a free small dinky bag of food. I care that my puppy is getting his proper nutrition.

GBTootsie gives Sunday’s a 👎 Tootsie isn’t impressed with this food which is not very palatable. The sample came to us with half being almost a powder. Wasn’t worth the $5.95 shipping charge. I did some further reading on the product and it isn’t for us. Low quality oil & pesticide laden oats and millet. Will continue to search for a better quality food.
