GBGood Food, Terrible Customer Service Dog loves the food but they are so unreliable with delivery. They have pushed back delivery by more than 2 weeks WITHOUT ANY WARNING forcing me to find other alternatives. For what this food costs it's pretty unacceptable.

GBFrustrating customer service I had several shipments with this company that went well until recently. I placed an order, which they could not fulfill because of supply issues, and instead of canceling the order like I requested, they just kept giving me the run-around. So, at this point I am out over $200 with no confirmed timeline for shipment, and nothing to feed my dog. They could have just canceled the order and refunded my money, and I would have placed another order in the future. However, after being disregarded by their customer service, I'm done.

GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My dog liked the food, but it did not arrive on time, so I had to buy other food (not great for a dog with a sensitive stomach). I emailed the company at the email they provided and RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. The very next shipment was late and, again, I emailed them and for a second time, I RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I dropped them immediately. AWFUL (NON EXISTENT) CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very disappointing.

GBSundays is terrific food for my Golden… Sundays is terrific food for my Golden Retriever & every time I have needed help from customer service they have been terrific too!
