The extra mile!! The online PMP course gave me the opportunity to have a great learning experience. COVID brought forth complications that turned my in-person training into an online training. The staff was able to get me in the same timeframe with the online training. They were also able to work with me on the price differences to give me the best desired outcome I could ask for! Must say the way course material was… Must say the way course material was structured and instructor presented it was one of the beat class I have ever attended. Just a small suggestion, share the training details well ahead of the class. All in all it was a great class for Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt.

One of the best training experience I took a ITIL4 Foundation course with Certification Planner in August. Received my course access and training details a week before the class. Instructor Rob was ITIL Expert certified and had good knowledge of ITIL. ITIL4 is recently launched certification by AXELOS but both support staff and instructor had all the updates and information to share with the learners. Took my exam on day 3 after 2 days course and cleared the test in 1st attempt. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Looking forward to the next level of ITIL4 launch. Cheers
