ITIL Practitioner Course This class was much more than I thought it would be - but great content and great instructor! Jeff was full of knowledge and experience, flexible and provided lots of detail. We went through a lot of the sample test questions which gave me a good idea of thought process for the test.

Outstanding Instructor and Class I cannot imagine a better class and preparation to take the LSS Dual Black Belt Course. The instructor (Rick) is phenomenal and was able to present the course material effectively using his vast experience and knowledge in the field. I would highly recommend the class and the CP class material for study and preparation for the class. The CP class material and charts are very relevant to the actual test. Great course! Recommended I took the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course with Certification Planner. I must say that overall, the course was thorough and informative. The instructor was very good and always cleared doubts whenever I had one. The CP support team was also prompt in lending their hands whenever needed. To the team: Stretch the course to the 5th day if possible as its a lot of information to process and comprehend. Have more practice tests and math examples. Yes' I'd recommend this course to anyone who wants to have an effective and competent LSSGB certification course.

Excellent class and excellent company I have learned so much in my classes through Certification Planner ,LLC . He paces the class just right so you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. So many other classes you just read from a text book but in this, The instructor asks questions and gets me to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. He is patient and eager to help. The extra mile!! The online PMP course gave me the opportunity to have a great learning experience. COVID brought forth complications that turned my in-person training into an online training.
