Upon looking at the harness I had… Upon looking at the harness I had purchased a similar one from another company. I actually thought I had ordered the correct size but once I processed the order I realized it was XXS and needed XXL. Customer support immediately corrected my mistake. Once the harness arrived we were very pleased with our purchase and it fit our GSD perfectly. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

Great quality and fit A little hiccup in our purchase (missing patches for one harness) but Jessica F. was more then gracious in helping us. Very nice quality on the harnesses! Having a chihuahua/dash mix at 7lbs its very hard to find a harness thats fits our girl well. Definitely would recommend this for little dogs. Thank you so much!

Finally a harness that works The harness slides on and off easily. My dog is an escape artist, so for extra security I loop the leash around the large buckle and attach to a neck collar. So far it's worked well. I paid extra for the embossed name. Instead of the name being directly embossed, it's a panel that attaches with velcro--functional, but not as nice as a directly embossed name. Overall I (and my dog) are very happy with this purchase.

Ordered personalized harness in January Ordered personalized harness in January, received ONLY velcro name badges but NO HARNESS. Jessica from Company said “they said they sent it” ahhh, no you didn’t! Still waiting! very upset that emails go unanswered! What a disappointment

Following up on my recent review Following up on my recent review, my credit card company has refunded the payment that I made to this company. Pups Closet never got back in touch with me about getting an exchange on a harness. I do not believe that all those five-star reviews are legitimate. My advice is not to purchase unless you're absolutely sure you're ordering the correct size collar or harness!
