GBFollowing up on my recent review Following up on my recent review, my credit card company has refunded the payment that I made to this company. Pups Closet never got back in touch with me about getting an exchange on a harness. I do not believe that all those five-star reviews are legitimate. My advice is not to purchase unless you're absolutely sure you're ordering the correct size collar or harness!

GBItem stated delivered Item stated delivered, never received it I decided not to try to communicate as I tried on multiple occasions via chat, Facebook, Instagram and email with not a single reason checking on status. Still have no product and out 0ver 35.00, I will definitely be spreading this all over social media with the 5000 plus friends and 25000 followers and make sure they do the same. Bad communication and taking money with nothing to show for it.

GBPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I receive my dog harness on 8/23/23 which was NOT PERSONALIZED as ordered. On this same day, I emailed their Customer Support Team requesting a FULL REFUND and instructions for RETURNING the dog harness. I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT!! NO RESPONSE. So today, 8/25/23 (2-business days later), I sent a SECOND email AND did an on-line Chat response. NO RESPONSE

CAI ordered a small size dog harness and… I ordered a small size dog harness and added the engraving of my dog’s name. Unfortunately the tag upon which the name is stitched upon is greater than the harness resulting on the hard material sticking out and discomforting my dog. A quality focus approach to business would have trimmed the excess material. In will-cost me additional money to get it done myself. A little focus on detail would have earned you top marks.
