GBZumper listed my house for rent without my knowledge or permission I’ve got my house on the market for sale through a real estate agent. A friend called and let me know she saw it for rent on Zumper! So Zumper copied the listing and has it advertised for rent?! How can they do that and still remain in business? Now I’m going to have to go through the hassle to contact the Ga Real Estate Commission and FTC to file complaints. I would never give them a star except I have to so I can let others know not do business with this group of scammers.

GBWant to verify driver's license (photo ID) through email This company is just cheap. They want me to send them pictures of my photo ID (driver's license) through email. Respectable companies use third party products/apps that verify these without email in a secure way. Just pay the money and keep your users secure. Here is what they sent me when I complained about their unsafe practice: "We understand you're wary about getting your information compromised. We respect your decision and we'll be waiting once you decide to proceed with having your account reviewed. All the best, Devine Client Support Advocate" This is not how you "advocate" for clients.

GBSTRONGLY encourage, Do NOT USE I STRONGLY encourage anyone on the site to be hyper-diligent!! It's filled with scammers, it's really sad. I was a victim. If rent appears too good to be true, ex. 3 or 4 bedroom house for $1,025, Google the house address to see if it's for sale or rent anywhere else. Real realtors post on many other sites. If the prices don't match on Zumper then you have your answer.

GBZumper is full of scammers who get your… Zumper is full of scammers who get your information and ask for money!! This is a terrible site and no way to get in touch with Zumper to verify the scammers!! Please investigate this site. Too many renters & homeowners are being scammed and it's out of control!! No follow-up or verification is being done by Zumper.

CAFinally attended to persistent blacklisting issues. After almost a year, having my full ID/photo and Property Tax doc (which I am not happy about to hand over), Zumper finally did restore my account after some back and forth. I was locked out again, but they fixed it within hours this time. Thus, I amended my rating higher. Thank you Zumper for following up and finally resolving the issue.
