Rundown apartments with molds and leaks everywhere, 100 year old appliances and electric stoves that heat up on their own every time our neighbor next-door turns off their stove. Our food burns all the time. Because the kitchen has no ventilation, every time one of the neighbors burns their food fire alarms start screaming and the entire building has to evacuate. I spent the entire COVID lockdown out on the street because everyday someone’s burned food was setting off the alarms. The entire building reeks of burned smoke because there is no window in any of the floors to let the suffocating air out. During the summer, the dog poop heating up everywhere around the building makes it unbearable to breath.

She has gone above and beyond for us and our search to find an apartment during our stressful relocation from Norcal to Socal. She has promptly answered every phone call, text, email or concern we have had. We are so thankful to have her as our manager and can't wait to move in at the end of the month! Satisfied Experience This is my second time I have rent a flat with the agent. Both experience are so smooth. The team very friendly and kind. They answer your enquiries really fast and take action as soon as possible. I had a lot of stress before I found a flat but as soon as I saw their advert I didn't hesitate to get in touch with them. Enjoy living here Enjoy living here. Helpful staff. Panoramic view from rooftop deck, where there is a firepit, barbecue, as well as gardening bins available to rent. Grocery store a block away. Perfect location for those who prefer using public transportation to get downtown, University of Washington, Green Lake, and Magnuson Park. A few blocks away from future (2021) Link station that will have trains going directly to SeaTac.

I just have never found a… I just have never found a community--much less an apartment building--with such character and charm. The staff go above and beyond to make the tenants feel like members of a larger whole, and I really cannot think of another building in which I wish to call home. Without the tireless work of Dereka and her incredible staff--Catherine, Regina, etc.--I feel as though this great place would lose its magic. Five stars.
