One of the good ones Blackwell has been very responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. Property management companies range from good to awful, in my experience, and they are one of the good ones.

We were so fortunate to have found… We were so fortunate to have found Chris Titus as our Realtor, he helped us purchase the right house in the right neighborhood(the only neighborhood we were wanting to live in)for the right price. It took us a couple years since we could not find anything we liked in the McMicken Heights neighborhood. When we finally found the house we wanted Chris did everything he could to make it ours. He was very patient and supportive and was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.
