Fair Rent is fair, with only modest increases when time to renew leases. Always available, by phone, at least. Maintenance response time and consistency - if not urgent - leaves much to be desired.

One of the good ones Blackwell has been very responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. Property management companies range from good to awful, in my experience, and they are one of the good ones.
