GBFast screening results I use Rentberry quite often to screen potential tenants. The cool thing about Rentberry is that when an applicant submits their screening form, I receive the report on the same day.

GBPerhaps it doesn't work in my area Perhaps it doesn't work in my area, but they sat on my listing for so long that it was rented and occupied by the time the rentberry listing went live. Then I ended up deleting my entire account because I couldn't find a way to deactivate the listing. I'm being generous with 3 stars, but it was a complete waste of my time.
