GBI did not have a good experience I did not have a good experience. I did not get any screening report after my tenant paid for it and no response when they tried contacting the customer support. I tried the chat option and was waiting all day and nobody responded. Only one of my tenants tried this and because of this failure I asked the other tenant to not do RentBerry anymore.

GBI received a report very quickly and… I received a report very quickly and the process was fairly straightforward. I would definitely recommend it to others as well, the company delivers comprehensive and accurate results for both credit and background check.

GBGood for landlords It took me not more than 3 minutes to get a full background check on my renter. A report had all the info I needed, good value for money! Plus, I appreciate that it's free for property managers, so you don't have to collect an application fee from apartment seekers to run a screening.
