GBLow ball Offer 40k below market value Low ball Offer 40k below market value. Do you think people are fools and don't know how to conduct professional research? Go with a local Real Estate company and definitely do not request a cash offer. Wall Street trying to get its hands in your pockets.

GBCompany is absolutely horrible Company is absolutely horrible. They do not offer fair prices, and hey are demanding, and don't do enough work for you. For that I could have hired a realtor and at least worked out with someone personally. They nickel and dime you for thousands so it's important to be assertive. Best proactive would be to not use them and put them out of business. Go with a realtor, offerpad doesn't offer this easy worry dree process.

GBThis was an exceptional experience and highly recommend This was an exceptional experience and I will say Sonja who helped us through the entire process is second to none. Having to go through a family emergency while trying to sell our home, she was right there for us all the time. It means a lot to have someone like that who cares about their clients the way she does and help them through the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend her and the offerpad team to anyone.

GBStay away Stay away. After dangling an offer with no specifics through email and text, the guy shows up late for the call to go over the offer, then throws a severe lowball, then tells me there is a 6% "service fee" for a cash offer on top of the lowball. Again, don't waste your time with these people unless you are desperate.

Tyler was great to work with. Matt T. was very helpful getting the ball rolling. The communication by this team exceeded my expectations.
