All the others involved in inspections, moving, and the nitty gritty details were great. I would never use another real estate agent. Kudos plus.

Company is absolutely horrible Company is absolutely horrible. They do not offer fair prices, and hey are demanding, and don't do enough work for you. For that I could have hired a realtor and at least worked out with someone personally. They nickel and dime you for thousands so it's important to be assertive. Best proactive would be to not use them and put them out of business. Go with a realtor,offerpad doesn't offer this easy worry dree process.

Necessity of real estate agencies is underestimated To my mind, the necessity of real estate agencies is underestimated actually. I believe that people require presence of such agencies, because they help them to find proper accommodation. Of course, sometimes people can find it without using services, nevertheless as far as I am concerned, the most part of people got used to apply to such companies, because they doverything twice faster and more effective. I also wanted to rent an apartments and applied to this company. As I expected, they have done for me everything very fast and I rented an apartment just within couple of days. Big thanks to this company.

Reliable real estate agency I think that nowadays people reuquire having such services which can help you to determine the house of your dream or to sell your present accomodation. I have decided to change location because I understood that my apartments annoyed me a lot. I wanted to move to the countryside or suburb. I applied to this company and they offered me couple of options which suit me most. I have picked couple of houses and then I also told them that I needed to sell my present accomodation. They helped me with this thing as well as helped me with acquiring new house. I would advice this company and these real estate agents to those people who have similar issues.

Best selling experience we have ever had!!! We were a bit hesitant to use Offerpad because we always used Realtors before. Everything could not have gone more smoothly! Tiffany was with you every step of the way. Everything that was scheduled was done in a timely manner. Byron was also great! This process went faster than selling the home with a realtor. We were impressed. There fees were about the same as regular closing fees. Why go thru the hasssle of having people go thru your house, keeping the home spotless for showings and leaving your home, when Offerpad takes away the stress. Loved the process and the Atlanta employees were awesome!!
