Renting with Mynd is a Pleasure For four months I've been renting a home in the Dallas area managed by Mynd, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The application/move-in process was smooth and efficient (which was a pleasant surprise after dealing with other firms). Since move-in my maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally by the online folks who manage/dispatch requests and by the contractors and in-house folks (Bernard is great!) who come fix things. Renting with Mynd is a pleasure.

I would give it zero stars if I could I would give it zero stars if I could. DONT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!!! Sewage coming out of every orifice of the house and wasn’t fixed for weeks. Water coming out of the walls. No carpet, bathroom sink for MONTHS. Terrible communication, crazy fees!!!! It’s insane how bad they are!!!!!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I am supposed to get the keys to my new apartment in less than 48 hours and I get an email saying that the property is no longer being rented out and I cannot move in. Mind you, the lease was signed by all parties and I had paid the security deposit and first months rent. I had even had spectrum out to set up my wifi and taken off work this week to move. I secured the home and paid all funds on 4/11 and they did not reach out to me until this evening, stating that they tried to call (they didn't). THIS IS LESS THAN 48 HOURS TIL MOVE IN. They have given me no reason for why this is happening and are offering no solutions or alternatives.

Impeccable experience How smooth the process was and the communication was top notch. Charlene was very personal and she reached out to me every step of the way. There was no long drawn out ordeal with anything.
