I rented this house for 2 years I rented this house for 2 years. I moved out and I received a list of uncalled for repairs that don't fall under the guidelines of simple wear and tear. I'm being charged for painting and carpet cleaning. Which is ok but not $2000 worth.($1995.00) this company is a rip off and I would not ever recommend them EVER!!!!!!

Impeccable experience How smooth the process was and the communication was top notch. Charlene was very personal and she reached out to me every step of the way. There was no long drawn out ordeal with anything.

Garbage Disposal Issues Resolved by Karl Karl at Mynd is very quick to respond and always provides really good service. I appreciate that some troubleshooting tips were provided before calling out a maintenance person, because those tips ended up solving my issue and saved me a lot of time!
