Worst Title Company If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the most incompetent people in the business. I’ve only dealt with them twice. The first time they didn’t collect all of the money from buyer, stated the transaction as closed and took the difference out of my commission. The second time they didn’t get the sellers signature or collect enough money from buyer. Do not EVER use them under any circumstances unless you like horrible service.

These properties aren't even at auction rates. They're simply reduced market rates Tell your seller they are delusional i diots. After seeing the place up close and the total dump of the surrounding area, I'm glad they declined my bid. I wouldn't give even half that now. Glad I extended my diligence. They haven't even had the lawn mowed! Pathetic. You all should rescind your representation. What a complete waste of time and TOTAL LIE. Shame on them and maybe you all should apply some diligence as well. Doubtful I will even seek out anything further with your company. These properties aren't even at auction rates. This company is one of the biggest scams ever This company is one of the biggest scams ever!! They tried to con a relative of mine who happens to be married to a real estate attorney. After speaking with him several times, they overnight the earnest money. They tried to auction a house with multiple lawsuits which they did not disclose. Talk about losers for life!!

Awesome!! Website is very user-friendly I had no problem creating account, browsing properties, and reviewing inspection and property reports. I was surprised how easy and smooth it was. I asked 2 questions a couple hours apart. Answers came immediately, within a minute or 2 at most. I don't compliment websites easily and customer service even less but I had to today & both get 5 stars. Amanda not only answered at lightening speed, she included a PDF cheat sheet to walk me through the entire auction process. I didn't expect it, but I now have confidence to actually go to the auction. I call that exceeding expectations. Thank you!!
