Smooth, hassle-free experience !! Great experience. Anne Kremer (our property manager) has done an excellent job of maintaining the property smoothly, ensuring rents are collected promptly, property maintenance, prompt response to our questions. One area of improvement could be to ensure certain bills (water for eg.) are paid by tenant promptly without reminders from the water dept.
