Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off… Their level of RESPONSIVENESS is off the charts. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I was apprehensive about the process. But, my fears were unfounded. Every time I had a question or concern, they responded WITHIN the hour or so to my emails. Very PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. Helped me save OVER $20,000 in agent 's fees. You have several different options to choose from depending on your comfort level. I saved at least 2.5% on real estate commission. Also, the office staff is great!

Contract, changes after attorney review, docs related to any negotiation after home inspection, etc. You will get an email from realmart if you don't so they stay on top of your listing.

I've recommended realmart to multiple… I've recommended realmart to multiple friends since selling my home. If you're in a good market where your home is going to sell easily then you'd be crazy not to do a little more work and try to sell it through a broker and save yourself 2-3%
