Company takes nearly 24hours to forward… Company takes nearly 24hours to forward an email lead, rude staff is representing you, the sign they sent me links to their website not my house. There are so many issues with this company. You will pay $500 plus for them to promote their business through you. They also charge buyers realtors $150 for the MLS fee when that is what I thought I was paying for. Super shady money hungry people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

good experience I've done a few flip houses that I sold by owner but now the market is cooling a bit by me and I wanted an MLS listing that would reach the local brokers rather than the zillow only listing I had used previously. There were a couple of mixed reviews on realmart but I liked that the owner responded directly to them so I went forward and used them. I'm pleased to say my current project went live on MLS less than 24 hrs after I began the process. I even made a couple of listing errors and updates that were addressed in less than an hour after making the request. I don't often write reviews but while doing my due diligence I found it hard to get good feedback on flat fee brokers in general so I figured I would write something...these guys did exactly what they said they would do...I'm pleased and plan to use them on my next project as well

Highly recommend Easy process, great resources and responsive customer service. Our listing sold in 6 days for asking, so all in all a good experience. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that the MLS listing erroneously stated that it may be a short sale, despite us checking the NO box on the listing documents we submitted. They did correct it quickly and it did not affect us getting a great response and quick sale.

Realty Mart Does it Again We have turned to Realty Mart to sell our last two homes. Their process has continued to evolve but their service is still first class. They make it easy for responsible sellers to represent their own properties for sale. Realty Mart functions as a sellers broker and provides the same support as any local realtor. We are thrilled with Realty Mart and look for Jack Yao’s name on other houses on the market.

Was misled after the first call Was misled after the first call. Then received a very hard sell from local real estate person who we ended up being disappointed with. Did not even show for the closing or call in advance to say they would not be there, but called afterward to ask where her closing check was. Would not use this service again.
