GBLanding & their employees are AWESOME! First and foremost, I must sing the praises of the regional manager, Karecia. She is absolutely awesome. If only every customer facing individual treated people the way Karecia does, the world would be a better place. She was immediately available for any issues/questions. I cannot say enough about her. Make sure you take care of her or another company will recruit her away. The whole process was quick and easy. Fabulous furnished apartment with great features and perks. If you are going to run this type of business, Landing has it mastered. Highly, highly recommended. If I could, I would give more than five stars.

GBStay somewhere else The unit didn't had everything they advertised. We had a damaged ceiling fan, broken TV, broken flatware, scratched bathtub, and a balcony that was like a pond every time it rained. The worst part is that for the last 6 weeks of our stay, the elevator was broken, and the unit was on the 4th floor. We reached out to Landing 5 times, send them pictures, asked for updates, and we didn't get a response. We had to move all our stuff using the elevator on the opposite end of the building (probably 150ft) from the apt. The cherry on the top, the downstairs neighbor kept hitting our floor from below at all times of the day, and sometimes yell at us from her balcony...we were only walking in the apartment. Oh, and we paid approx 2,500 a month. Overall, this was a horrible experience.

GBWorst worst experience!! 0/10 Worst worst experience!!! We had our booking getting overbooked by someone else although full payment has been provided along with receiving approval and confirmation emails!! Was not informed till check-in day where we had checked out of our hotel to go directly to our apartment. No compensation whatsoever. Never dealing with Landing again. They have caused extreme inconvenience and showed great unprofessionalism

GBGreat Short-term Landlords Easy to book a monthlong stay in a city I'd never been to. The local manager, April, was very responsive via app and text when I needed assistance with maintenance issues and locating lost packages. When we needed to extend the stay, we unfortunately couldn't keep the same unit but management arranged for us to be able to move our things into another unit.
