Very easy to use I've been using Foreclosure.com for over three years now. It has helped me locate two properties that I've acquired and resold for a profit. I'm not sure how people give this business a bad review. When I'm not looking to purchase anything I cancel my subscription until I'm in the market again.

This is a terrible company with… This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. DO NOT do business with them. Customer service rep was rude and hung up on me after yelling at me throughout the phone call, would not allow me to talk to anyone else. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I guess I should looked at the bad reviews before signing up.

Found great home listings I found some great home listings on this website that I could not find anywhere else. They have daily alert emails that show you new homes that pop up in your area. You can find out about a property that hit the market before anyone else.

7day free trial?? Nope, charged immediately 😡😡 Have screenshots claiming 7 day free trial - was charged 39.99 as soon as I clicked😡😡. Was immediately charged! Looking for land only, wanted to see if you had to be a member to see land - completely useless to me. Can not reach anyone to discuss - will update this review accordingly.

Clarification is needed here on foreclosures vs. Rent To Own Clarification is needed here on foreclosures and Rent To Own. Foreclosures can be candidates for Rent To Own listings. Remember, a foreclosure has already gone through the pre-foreclosure process and the property is ready for sale by the bank, it’s even listed on the MLS just like every other property for sale. It’s true, banks do not want to be landlords, but investors will always jump on the opportunity to buy another listing if they have an instant rental in the process. That’s where this works. Investors helping out possible Rent To Own Buyers. As for preforeclosures, same process, but the investor would be doing an approved Short Sale with the bank, then turn the listing into a Rent To Own. I hope this clarifies the process.
