GBInaccurate Listing This site is showing my property on their foreclosure list long after the Pre-Foreclosure issue (bad mortgage) was resolved with the Mortgage Co./Servicer and dischaged March 2019. The house is not in pre-foresloure of foreclosured.

GBClarification is needed here on foreclosures vs. Rent To Own Clarification is needed here on foreclosures and Rent To Own. Foreclosures can be candidates for Rent To Own listings. Remember, a foreclosure has already gone through the pre-foreclosure process and the property is ready for sale by the bank, it’s even listed on the MLS just like every other property for sale. It’s true, banks do not want to be landlords, but investors will always jump on the opportunity to buy another listing if they have an instant rental in the process. That’s where this works. Investors helping out possible Rent To Own Buyers. As for preforeclosures, same process, but the investor would be doing an approved Short Sale with the bank, then turn the listing into a Rent To Own. I hope this clarifies the process.

When you try to cancel System will start throwing offers to sign up again and verbiage not easy to comprehend for an average user who makes a mistake.
