Very professional and courteous, we were kept abreast of developments all the way through so we definitely made the right choice in using them for this sale. We would highly recommend them.

In my opinion not professional In my opinion not professional. Reply to my email took 2days. The representative of Aston Reeves was late and didn’t apologise, literally took 10minutes to look around, gave the valuation and left some paperwork and said to get in touch if I wanted them to put the house on the market then proceeded to sit outside my property for about 30 minutes in their car! I wouldn’t recommend them.

Honest & Hard Working Agent We had 3 agents, including Ashton Reeves, value our property and charmed by the higher valuation of another agent (also by the number of branches they had) we went on the market with them. A few weeks and no viewings later the instructed agent's advice was to reduce, instead we instructed a second agent who, only a week after instruction, advised the same. Turns out we should have just listened to the honest valuation Ashton Reeves gave us at the beginning - Ashton Reeves were happy to put our property on their books and within a couple of weeks we had an offer agreed and now sold. They saved the chain and thanks to them we didn't lose our new home. Couldn't recommend or thank them enough!
