We since got a lardlrod who understood our problem, as CCJs could be applied to anybody through various ways, and does not mean one is now treated like a murderer. Anyway, we paid the landlord a full one year rent (£21, 250 ) upfront to trust us. thank you for your effort, and please whisper to the land lord to slightly improve that property. Regards
