A few weeks and no viewings later the instructed agent's advice was to reduce, instead we instructed a second agent who, only a week after instruction, advised the same. Turns out we should have just listened to the honest valuation Ashton Reeves gave us at the beginning - Ashton Reeves were happy to put our property on their books and within a couple of weeks we had an offer agreed and now sold. We since got a lardlrod who understood our problem, as CCJs could be applied to anybody through various ways, and does not mean one is now treated like a murderer. Anyway, we paid the landlord a full one year rent (£21, 250 ) upfront to trust us. thank you for your effort, and please whisper to the land lord to slightly improve that property. Regards

As a buyer with a very slow solicitor… As a buyer with a very slow solicitor and many obstacles in the way, I had a really good experience with these agents. Ryan always replied to my emails and calls very promptly, (even on his days off) and chased both sets of solicitors until the completion was achieved. If I was ever to sell my property, I would contact them for sure.
