POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do NOT recommend. The hot tub was half full upon arrival and shot water at our faces when we tried to use it. Huge disappointment and would NEVER recommend using natural retreats. I called their team to see if they could do anything and they argued with me trying to tell me it was full when I have video evidence it was not. This is the WORST experience I’ve had a lot a vacation rental ever. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. Very DISAPPOINTING.

Top Notch Top Notch! Excellent service and communication! Loved the home! We've used Natural Retreats for the past 10 years! The home was spotless! We are already planning our next vacation. The Natural Retreats team feels like family. Best Company out there!

Rentals were great Rentals were great. Did not like the idea of having to call when something was needed. I was usually on hold for a little and they took a while to respond. I asked for 2 homes next to each other or across from one another. Got 2 homes across from each other but only accessible with a 10 minute walk or short drive. Overall the properties were nice and clean.

The cabin was so homey and inviting The cabin was so homey and inviting. We was so comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. It was quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend everyone to check out this beautiful cabin. We will most definitely be back next year. Thank you Natural Retreats for your wonderful service and thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us.

An amazing place to stay with such… An amazing place to stay with such amazing responsive hosts! I would definitely stay here again not only because how beautiful the home was but it’s also very relieving to have a host who is always responsive and so great to you!
