Amazing spot! We had such a great time at Big View! Beautiful place with an amazing view and super-easy access to the slopes. Would 100% recommend.

Idyllic location and top notch amenities The convenience and sheer beauty of the location provides a marvelous first impression, particularly when skiing with two kids under 10! We love the location right off Deer Valley's silver strike lift which seems to be a lovely path less traveled with easy access to less populated parts of the ski resort. The amenities and special touches are also top notch, from Jesse, our ski valet to the hot cocoa, coffee and fresh-baked cookies available on the 2nd floor lounge. Pro tip: The outdoor hot tub cannot be beat!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do NOT recommend. The hot tub was half full upon arrival and shot water at our faces when we tried to use it. Huge disappointment and would NEVER recommend using natural retreats. I called their team to see if they could do anything and they argued with me trying to tell me it was full when I have video evidence it was not. This is the WORST experience I’ve had a lot a vacation rental ever. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. Very DISAPPOINTING.
