Smooth Move We used Felix to buy our home. Everything went extremely smoothly plus the free moving service was awesome. Only thing is that Felix will only pay for the move itself…if you need the movers to pack anything then the moving company will charge you for that additional service. I still can’t complain since we got it for free plus there aren’t really any other realtors offering a free move.

He helped us price our home and actually recommended we list at a price above our initial expectations.
