Very professional service Brent at Felix Homes was very professional and always communicated with us. He helped us price our home and actually recommended we list at a price above our initial expectations. We didn’t have to do anything, Brent scheduled the listing photos and made sure everything was in order. It was great having an analytics platform that allowed us to see exactly how many showings we received and the feedback from each showing as well. We ended up selling in less than 2 weeks and saved a ton of money compared to if we had to pay 6%. I’ll be using Felix Homes again in the future.

Home sale in Nashville We sold an out-of-state home and our daughter found Felix homes to help save on realtor costs. Smooth Move We used Felix to buy our home. Everything went extremely smoothly plus the free moving service was awesome. Only thing is that Felix will only pay for the move itself…if you need the movers to pack anything then the moving company will charge you for that additional service. I still can’t complain since we got it for free plus there aren’t really any other realtors offering a free move.
