Andres actually offered information… Andres actually offered information that wasn’t a direct answer to a question that I had, in other words, he went above and beyond the expectations. I had spoken to someone earlier about the situation and he didn’t offer what Andres did. I also offered him information about a certain property when I told him that the property was open, the doors weren’t locked, there was no lockbox.

Best maintence tech EVER As a renter with First Key for over 2 years now, I've interacted with several of the maintenance techs. While all have been friendly, Misty is BY FAR the most competent and efficient tech that we've worked with. Highly recommend! She even called me after a few days to see if the problem was indeed fixed or if she needed to try a different solution. She truly cares about her work and making sure the job is done right!

Yhen was great Yhen was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She seemed concerned about my issue. If I could give her a 10 I would. I will rate the local office a negative 10 though. They are horrible at customer service. They haven't resolved a maintenance issue I had before. They are the absolute worst at customer service.

My experience with Cesar was awesome My experience with Cesar was awesome. He took the time to explain my concerns, unlike the first two representatives who were rude. Before I was finished talking, the first representative shouted, "Stop right now". He did not allow me to finish and refused to help by saying, "I have other calls to answer." Matt needs to be trained to communicate and change his attitude or find another job. The second representative refused to let me talk to a Supervisor about my bad experience. I hung the phone up three times and called back to get someone who knows how to communicate with customers/tenants.

Excellent Customer Service from Eduardo U. Eduardo Urbina was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped me understand my options moving forward with the renewal of our lease. His customer service was excellent, and he made sure that I felt comfortable with the information provided so that I can make an informed decision moving forward. I appreciated how he conducted himself and helped me.
