GBMy experience with Cesar was awesome My experience with Cesar was awesome. He took the time to explain my concerns, unlike the first two representatives who were rude. Before I was finished talking, the first representative shouted, "Stop right now". He did not allow me to finish and refused to help by saying, "I have other calls to answer." Matt needs to be trained to communicate and change his attitude or find another job. The second representative refused to let me talk to a Supervisor about my bad experience. I hung the phone up three times and called back to get someone who knows how to communicate with customers/tenants.

GBWork Order Completion in site. Rhohani in the maintenance dept. scheduled someone to come out and complete a work order that has been ongoing for over a week. Hopefully the problem should be resolved by May 7.

GBTrying to get ahold of FirstKey was… Trying to get ahold of FirstKey was honestly incredibly difficult. After trying multiple phone numbers and trying to troubleshoot on my own, I finally got through to Maja who was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable which made getting my problem solved quick and easy. I’d give Maja a 5 star but needed to deduct one for FirstKey’s other automated systems that made it difficult to get to her.

GBAnubhab Lodh was very professional Anubhab Lodh was very professional, quick and helpful with assisting me in getting my application submitted as fast as possible.
