Must Have!! I started using the Dealbot Negotiator a few days ago, and I've found that it quickly speeds up the acquisition process by automating the screening activity to better ensure I'm talking to sellers who are truly interested in working with me....and giving me back a good portion of my time! Love it!

Prenegotiated Deals...It works!!! The deal bot negotiator has been amazing for us. We have been using it for 2 weeks now and have 2 properties under contract and at least 2 others we will be finalizing paperwork on shortly. I have a brand new acquisitions manager and this has made things so simple for him. The deal is already negotiated, he just needs to fill in a couple details with the seller and get it signed. The numbers already make a deal before we even get on the phone. Of the deals we have now one is from a cold text campaign and one from a FB lead. Highly reccomend to anyone looking to streamline their acquisitions process.
