Prenegotiated Deals...It works!!! The deal bot negotiator has been amazing for us. We have been using it for 2 weeks now and have 2 properties under contract and at least 2 others we will be finalizing paperwork on shortly. I have a brand new acquisitions manager and this has made things so simple for him. The deal is already negotiated, he just needs to fill in a couple details with the seller and get it signed. The numbers already make a deal before we even get on the phone. Of the deals we have now one is from a cold text campaign and one from a FB lead. Highly reccomend to anyone looking to streamline their acquisitions process.

5-Star Customer Service!!! 5-Star Customer Service!!! I had a technical issue that required expert assistance and their Tech guy got on a zoom call with me and walked me through exactly what needed to be done. It's just flat out hard to get that kind of service anywhere, anymore period.
