My Ideal Agent recommended listing price $100,000 over 2 other agents I interviewed, and we received 2 full price offers in 4 days. I interviewed two local, well-known, highly recommended agents in addition to my Ideal Agent, Lisa. Both of the "well-known" agents recommend I list my house for $750K and expect to receive an offer of closer to $725K. Lisa consistently valued my house at $850K ($100K over the other 2 agents). She did not waiver in her assessment throughout my early conversations with her and the other 2 agents. She was not well-known in my small community and surrounding areas, but I decided to give her a chance. We had 4 showings the first weekend and received 2 full price offers. She was present during the appraisal, which was sufficient to support the offer price. The house closed at full price and on schedule. This was the most successful, easiest house sale I've ever experienced (and I've had many). I would highly recommend Lisa. She provided an independent, (somewhat) outsiders assessment, and SHE WAS RIGHT. I'm so thankful I trusted her and that she exceeded my expectations and delivered!!

A Great Purchasing Experience I don’t know why anyone would not want to take advantage of what Ideal Agent is offering. As first time home buyers we did not know any agents and we’re paired with one that was a rockstar. We encountered many hurdles throughout the purchasing process and having an agent as experienced as Ken, I’m not sure we would have gotten through the process without his guidance. If you are not taking advantage of Ideal Agent and their network of agents as experienced as Ken you definitely missed out. Absolutely would recommend!

The title process was a 4 on the scale of 1-10. Mike is a 1000 on a scale of 1-10! I really appreciate his care & concern on the finishing end of this transaction. He is really helpful and going the extra mile to know what next steps I need to take. His persistence, patience and professionalism is outstanding!
