Ken is OUTSTANDING Ken is your Realtor! Ken was OUTSTANDING! I hired Ken to sell a house for me in FL; I live in TX. He wasted no time in going through the process with me. The house needed some work and he had some references on some trades like paint, floor guys and an electrician as well as an outstanding handyman to go through and take care of issues from the inspection as well as some make ready things like some carpentry, plumbing and installing ceiling fans. Beyond full-service! I recently sold my house in Mariemont, OH; this was the first time I used an Ideal Agent. I selected Ideal to sell my house because of the lower realtor commission rate with the expectation of saving over $10,000 in commissions. I thought there would be compromised service to realize this cost savings. I have never been fully satisfied with the selling or buying realtors that I previously used.
