I worked with Kesha and Patricia I worked with Kesha and Patricia. Both were fantastic in helping me get going. I had family issues arise in the middle of getting setup and Kesha respected my wishes to be left alone to deal with them, knowing full well I was shopping around too. I didn’t get that respect from any of the other factoring companies. I just feel like they actually care about you.

TBS factoring is a complete rip off TBS factoring is a complete rip off! We’ve been with this company for 7 months and it’s been a headache. They’ve decided to start taking recourse fees from previous loads that companies haven’t paid them for, instead of reaching out and discussing the issue. How do you expect for companies to grow when you’re taking from them without any explanation? I’ll be glad when our contract ends! I suggest from now on reach out to the company explain to them about the recourse fees that are in question before you start taking money from loads that don’t coincide with the load you’re trying to collect on. Being professional is a plus!

I've been with the company for 3 years… I've been with the company for 3 years and they're by far the worst company I've ever delt with. You can submit a load Friday at 1am and still won't get processed until Monday. They lie and say they're waiting on the broker but that's a lie. I've had brokers blind copy me on the email verifying the load was drop off. I tried to factor with another company they mad it so hard I ended up just staying. I'm definitely regretting that. They've gotten to big and don't know how to keep their customer satisfied with them.

After almost ten years with TBS I have… After almost ten years with TBS I have say that issues are very rare since I keep a very easy way of doing business, by choosing very carefully whom iam doing business with it. But when issue arrives Thomicia Shaver is not the person to speak with to find a solution. Very unprofessional to the point that today 7/12/23 I am still waiting for her feed back when I was finally able to speak with her. People like this Thomicia Shaver gives companies a bad reputation, specially when you're dealing with a long time costumer.

As a company owner As a company owner, I am with them by mistake, I do not recommend this factory to any company owner. The customer service is terrible, the representatives lack training, very few professionals, when you have any loading problem the first thing I will do is They say that you contact the broker yourself to pay and the main thing with them is that you have no guarantee of any charge. Please do not fall into their hands, in general sense this factory is useless. Regarding the factory they must train you regarding other factories because you really lack everything.
