Horrible Horrible, they have no customer service to contact. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner so then your VERY short return window is denied. They do not cover shipping cost because it exceeds the refund price so the entire thing is a scam.

I ordered a fitbit on goodwillfinds… I ordered a fitbit on goodwillfinds that was covered by Seel Return Assurance. I was dissatisfied with the watch for several reasons so returned it to Seel after starting the return process with them. Issue 1: After a day or two, I checked the tracking number on UPS and it said they were unable to deliver it to them because there wasn't a safe place for them to put it. What? How is that possible? This is a return facility. UPS gave an option of redelivery or have Seel pick it up. I emailed Seel asking what should be done and never received a response back. I later received an email confirmation they received the item. Issue 2: They emailed me asking if this was a used item because it was missing something. My response was "Yes, that's one of the several reasons I returned it." And yes, it's used...it's goodwill. Issue 3: They emailed me back stating they didn't cover returns of damaged/incorrect/defective items. What? That is basically the only reason I paid an extra $5 for the return assurance. This is BS. Issue 4. Now they want me to send them a return label so they can return the watch to me and that I need to work with goodwill in order to resolve this. Also BS. Summary: Seel is a worthless place of business and a scam in my opinion. Don't pay the extra money for the "return assurance".

Seel Insurance is a Scam!!! Don't trust Seel Insurance, it's a scam! Shop Premium Outlet uses its service. They claim you pay %10 of item cost for insurance, and a $10 shipping fee is deducted if an item is returned. But they sent me a 1lb 12 oz postage when my item is 14lb. Customer service was rude and refused to cover the shipping amount. Resources Seel.com wasted on my end : -> Insurance cost + Full shipping charge + Time off from work to go to USPS + Headaches to deal with Rude Seel back and forth + A useless item you can't get ride of taking space

They were to protect a shipment of shirts They were to protect a shipment of shirts from Rose dress Lily. I never received the package and Seel is asking for weird documentation that I don't have. I think this is a scam company as well as Rose Dress Lily.

Seel will not respond via email or honor its insurance Seel will not respond via email. It is nothing but an array of AI-generated messages. Total scam. No way to return the item. Have to reject it at the merchant level. Total scam. Don't buy it.
