GBTERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!! I sent back 2 of 4 items I didn’t want to keep. They approved it. It was sent within the 7 days time frame. I did my own UPS for delivery and have proof. They sent me an email that they rejected it cause it wasn’t within the timeframe which is absolutely NOT TRUE!! They have my items, I paid to ship back and now out the dollars for the items and the shipping. This is supposed to be a guaranteed return if done by their rules of which I also had to pay extra for that as well! Now they are ignoring me. Such a SCAM!! will take action with my credit card at this point. If they comply with my refund then I’ll remove this review!

GBTotal Scammers Total. scam. I got ripped off in their part of it. Do not deal with this company. When I got ripped off. You know what ther answer was? Get ahold of the company. You bought it from.

GBThis may be the worst customer… This may be the worst customer experience I have ever received. They would not let me return an item that did not match the description on the website because it was hours after the 7 day cutoff, which I was out of town for the entirety of due to the unfortunate delayed delivery of the item purchased. Their rep was downright mean, refused to directly answer questions, and each painfully slow response just reiterated their return policy. 7 days, and not a minute over. Got it. I’ll never pay for this awful service again. If you get assigned to Cass, just give up. Her nonsensical responses will make you want to bang your head against a wall. I give the whole operation 0 out of 5 stars.

GBThis company are complicit with… This company are complicit with scammers, do not trust them. I paid for protection for a mirror and now I’m getting emails from this company saying that they’ve not had payment from the mirror company and it’s nothing to do with them. I’ve paid £10 to this company for shipping protection !!!

GBSeel does not allow you to even file a claim Seel's system is not letting me file a claim for a stolen package because I am "past the deadline" even though I am well within the 7-day deadline they are citing. Seems like an illegitimate company that doesn't actually provide any protection service. I'm considering pursuing legal action
