I originally started a refinance with… I originally started a refinance with them on my primary residence back in April and just gave up working with them now in October. I was originally forgiving with the first refinance that fell through at the start of covid. Second company they matched me with took several months before it fell apart. They told me the third time would work and be fast since they had all my paper work... Not so. Refinance went over 45, they relocked for an addition 21 days, managed to let that expire too. Finally sent me an updated disclosure after 66, which had raised over 1,100 dollars since the initial one (due to repeated loss of rate lock) To their credit they offered to refund their brokerage fee, but since I could still get a better deal from using a more competent company that can probably close in under 5 months I decided to walk away having lost months and just under $200 dollars due to excessive payoff statements fee (6). Their personnel is courteous and pretty reachable, they just can't seem to close. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I'd go 4.5 stars if available I'd go 4.5 stars if available. I'm retired from mtg business (real estate appraiser) and everything went as expected. Even fees, which are admittedly complex, were within a few dollars of what was projected; that's hard to do.

BEWARE ALL NURSES AND THOSE HEALTHCARE… BEWARE ALL NURSES AND THOSE HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS. If I could rate this company a 0 out of 5 I would. For starters, they rope you into fast pre-approval rating without doing due diligence and always available to communicate. Once you have established a contract in hand, then the communication is completely lacking (no return emails, texts, or callbacks). Furthermore, at that point they seem to START the validation process for you loan, even though they have assured you that you are approved and qualified. They continually assure you that your funds are secured, until you need to close and then you are told that they are not ready, further funds are needed. This company cost me my homestead, and further expenditures unforeseen. They are not what they claim to be. As of date (2/11/20), there has been zero communication extended forth to me. If indeed the information provided to you was incomplete or inaccurate as you say, the burden belies on YOU to communicate with me what was deficient. THAT NEVER OCCURRED WHILE YOU PRE APPROVED for 10 MONTHS my application before a contract was in hand. DUE DILIGENCE was NOT my responsibility- it was YOURS.

Great Experience! Paul went above and beyond to help me lock in a great rate and keep it after my 2nd mortgage bank took almost a month to sign off on my refi. His team kept me in the loop daily and gave excellent, transparent service. Will definitely recommend to all my friends in the market to refinance or purchase a home!
