Title loan review Pretty cool company.

Customer service is not the greatest but the worst Customer service is not the greatest. They left a message saying that they needed further information. When I called back to inquire about the details, the details that were given to me over the phone were total different then what the message left requested. When I asked about it the customer service person only restated what she had said previously. I asked for a supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor for that shift. Needless to say the call continued to go downhill. After getting off the call a email was sent saying Notice of Adverse Action Taken..... meaning everything thing that I uploaded and that I had already been pre approved for, didn't matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ( NOT ) I received a Loan elsewhere with no hassle at all - all via online.

Tile loan review Associates are friendly and knowledgeable, process to get loan is not too time consuming or difficult. Overall my experience has been good.
