GBMediocre customer service, Don't waste your time with them. Brandon Pratt was assigned to my file and provided mediocre customer service. He promised call backs and e-mails which didn't happen, I had to keep after him and actually call another employee from the company to have him call me back. It was a total waste of my time, I absolutely do not recommend working with them.

GBas a first time homebuyer I reached out… as a first time homebuyer I reached out to get a comparative mortgage quote and was treated rudely when I shared what other local banks were offering for rates. They would not provide a quote but wanted me to start an application. No clue why

GBI usually do not go out of my way to… I usually do not go out of my way to write reviews unless there is something amazing to say. In this case, since this individual just ghosted me, I am going to do him a sold on every review site there is. I was calling around to get the latest info on mortgage interest rates because the junk mail on refinancing is the only thing I receive, I figured I start calling around. I called Prime Choice Funding and started to speak with Mr. Scott Denissen. After some emails back and forth, I decided to go with another company because their rates and fees were higher than a couple different companies. Mr. Denissen then makes the offer (see attached) of $500 for a loan estimate that is locked in and has a better rate. At this point in the back and forth emails, I have two offers that is better than his. I provided him with the documents and he then kicked it back saying that my particular loan was not locked in. The VERY next day I sent Mr. Denissen a proper locked in loan estimate. I give him a few days to call/email me back, I figured he got busy, so I send him a reminder email. It has now been 3 days since the reminder email (I was still interested in doing business with this company if he could be at least match the current offer or beat it) and Mr. Denissen just ghosted me, still not a word from him this day. I will ever expect $500 from the word from a guy that I have never meet before, but to just completely ignore me when I am trying to do business with this company is just bazaar.

GBHORRIBLE Experience HORRIBLE Experience! WORST Communications! In processing of the loan they give you time expectations and then fail on all of them miserably.. This would be fine except they do not keep you up-dated AT ALL and get bitchy and defensive when you start asking questions. Once approved, they then heap questions and conditions on you that should have been part of process earlier.. Their communications with Title Company are a total mess leaving you hanging with no clue when signing is and then when they tell you it is wrong as they have not communicated with the signing agent. Re-scheduled closing appointment 3x all issues on their end with telling us a time and not having their mobile notary notified of time. So now done.. funding delayed and delayed once again with no communications and an attitude. No paper work on where to send payment is due date is closing in.. Then no communication as we sent in our skipped payments to get ahead of the loan.. No word from them AT ALL. Heard loan was sold from new company and they sent paperwork showing early payments had not been credited, but now loan has been sold. The closing department agent refused to give us number for management or accounting.. After threats and abuse finally got a phone call back to find out they were still holding our fund and payments sent over a month prior were not credited. After a lot of complaining they are now sayin they are wiring the money to company they sold loan to and admit no fault at all in not just crediting the payments. They say this was supposed to happen automatically eventually.. Not sure when since payments had been made over a month earlier with no crediting and no communication and they did not start that process until we called making a fuss. Meanwhile we had made 3 payments not credited at all, so now when they send it they cost us interest on those payments for 2 months. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE and avoid the hassle.. This is just the tip of this screw up iceberg!

These two are experts with getting it done. Straight up! You can believe what they say:Cause; I had been dealing w/four other lenders;(not dropping names cause they consider themselves top shelf)they simply wore me the hell out! They had very little transparency, difficult to comprehend, and some just too arrogant. I-just-could-not...smh.
