I used the payoff Loan in full option and the next day a payment automatically came out my checking account causing an overdraft from my bank. Finally got ahold of someone in customer service to ask for refund of overpayment, but they can't seem to find my loan since it's paid off

I have paid off my loan months ago and… I have paid off my loan months ago and you have for 2 months you have debited my account again. However, you did credited it back, you first debit caused insufficient checks on my account. all of this when pandemic was going on.

Took almost 3 weeks to get the deposit I was approved on sept 22nd now it is October 12 and they are claiming a deposit will go in in 1to 2 business days And they charged interest since the 22nd so my 500 is now 671. I’ve had 2 loans with leap before and no problems..this will be my last loan with them.
