This is a total SCAM and Internet… This is a total SCAM and Internet FRAUD. They need to be reported to the FBI as internet fraud, and BBB as a company unworthy of staying in business. They need to be stopped. Customer service is 1 guy that interrupts you, talks over what you're trying to explain, and just plain RUDE. They say they do not receive emails, but I'm sure they do as I've sent from 3 different addresses. Funding never happens, and this after they approve the loan and a repayment schedule is already in place. I will do everything in my power to shut down this operation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM......

Loan process was fine until I… Loan process was fine until I encountered a problem, then no help or returned calls as promised. I used the payoff Loan in full option and the next day a payment automatically came out my checking account causing an overdraft from my bank. Finally got ahold of someone in customer service to ask for refund of overpayment, but they can't seem to find my loan since it's paid off

Delayed funding i applied nov 14th and… Delayed funding i applied nov 14th and still havent received my funds and it keeps telling me within 1-2 days ill receive it. I have accrued 288$ in overdraft fee's at my own bank because of this delayed funding. Won't do any more business with them in the future.
