GBMy Financial Setback turned positive by Microf employee, Renee Mitchell !, Due to a financial setback, I was behind on my monthly payments. I suddenly lost my Fiance and became homeless after I transferred to California. I still luckily owned my home in Md. I was able to set up a short term payment agreement, for not much, $100.00 a month, but this was even a hardship for me. I was happy to have the agreement, even though it was not much until I could recuperate financially. Thankfully your representative Renee Mitchell was heaven sent ! She is the ultimate professional, listening to my plight and allowing me to make my payments until I was able to recover financially. This morning I requested a payoff figure and Renee provided it , most readily ! I owe everything to Renee and she provided me some piece of mind. She was very professional and responsive. You are lucky to have an employee of her caliber. So Thank You Microf!

GBI I had broblems with billing.contacted microf and they are off… I contacted microf and they are off today just wanted to know if they got my check I wrote may 23rd since they never cashed it. Not sure if I should stop payment on that check or not. Billing giving me hard time was going turn me into collection agency for 22.00 I could pay since I didn’t have whole payment. They refuse change due date otherwise would not be late anymore for payment. I should be all caught up in payments. I would never have them again they would have to work on their billing before I have them again. I would not recommend anyone get microf. I have 7 more months be paid off. I am struggling pay my bills and will not work with me so I can pay this off. If I had money pay it off now but I don’t. Can’t wait until January comes be my last payment. Please do not get microf. If it wasn’t for billing give them five stars.

GBI purchased a unit for my rental… I purchased a unit for my rental property...paid every note on time & was able to pay off little ahead of schedule. Never was I told to make last payment with a live person?? So like always I paid online. Made last payment in March 2021. Get a call in May payments have been missed?? Uh NO!! LaToya sees at that point paid off in March...but some genius never closed account. Forward to June 21'..call never received my paid off papers?? Call again..am told account just closed yesterday 6/10/21. PLEASE BE AWARE!! You have to stay on top of this company & employees....right hand does not know what left hands does!!!
