I was very confused I was very confused because of the number of newsletters from various companies that I get. Needed to know exactly what was provided and how best to use that information. The gentleman who answered my call not only helped with newsletter issue but also helped me with Tradesmith portfolio setup and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company.

TradeSmith is clownshow rife with… TradeSmith is clownshow rife with deceptive trading practices. There 90 "satisfaction guaranteed refund" is a fraud. The way their "game" works is: 1) They offer their promotions as big discounts (usually $1,500) 2) when you go to cancel (and want switch to a different program) they offer to do so at the "retail" mark up (which no one EVER pays) - thus making your refund worthless.

Don't ever try to use this company… Don't ever try to use this company product or service. The staff tried to lock your credit card info; and company did not refund you for the product or service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had Predictive Alpha Prime; it was not working at all. The worst thing was: there was no refund within the trail period. Then they trick you to try other products; and you cannot access the platform. After 365 days, you will lose everything to this company. The staff will tell you that you cannot talk to the supervisor or manager once you request to talk to the upper management. I don't expect that the people over there will get my money back; But i would warn people out there. Don't be a victim!!!!

Gave me a strategy to rework my portfolios Wow! I am amazed! I can't tell you how grateful I am for the session I had with Mark 2/1/2024! He helped me rework my portfolios by introducing me to a strategy that I had not considered, and explaining the different tools we used along the way. Free of a time limit*, we considered various tools that I can now research on my own. It was all so very helpful to me. We worked well together, so not only was our session super productive for me, it was a real pleasure! Excellent service and hopefully a few means to make more income, to make getting old easier. I'm 71 and mentally and physically failing. I normally try not to engage in conversation until after noon but Jason's deal was important and the previous night, three of my credit cards were declined. I called and Collin somehow understood what I was trying to convey to him. He was professional, thorough, polite, and most importantly he had a sense of humor. When I become nervous, I speak in tongues and Southern tongues to make understanding me, quite difficult. He did so, and never once did I feel he was talking down to me. I owned a business, so I know a little about people. My clients were the richest of the rich in my city and I good see Collin dealing with them and their peculiarities with no problems. I think it's a gift to deal with all socio-economic classes and make all feel as if that person is, will be the most important person he will speak to all day.
