Excellent service and hopefully a few means to make more income, to make getting old easier. I'm 71 and mentally and physically failing. I normally try not to engage in conversation until after noon but Jason's deal was important and the previous night, three of my credit cards were declined. I called and Collin somehow understood what I was trying to convey to him. He was professional, thorough, polite, and most importantly he had a sense of humor. When I become nervous, I speak in tongues and Southern tongues to make understanding me, quite difficult. He did so, and never once did I feel he was talking down to me. I owned a business, so I know a little about people. My clients were the richest of the rich in my city and I good see Collin dealing with them and their peculiarities with no problems. I think it's a gift to deal with all socio-economic classes and make all feel as if that person is, will be the most important person he will speak to all day. Incidentally, how are almost ALL THE REVIEWS DONE IN JANUARY, again not believable. Shame shame. How can people make an informed decision when you create fake reviews?
