If you can stay away from this card… If you can stay away from this card high yearly fees monthly charges and they will send u stuff in mail for credit limit increases when you call them they say nothing about it company us a joke everyone you talk to has a middle eastern voice like i said if you have to have a card ok if not stay far away

I have a perfect credit rating I have a perfect credit rating. I got Vivint security and also got it for my daughter. Yet Vivint wanted my daughter setup under Fortiva which I knew nothing about until I noticed a monthly fee charge of $12.50 as a cash advance fee. I screwed up—I should have done my research before buying Vivint thru Fortiva. Also, no one should trust Vivint. I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Fortiva helped me update my Fortiva account by using a debit card so that there will be no cash advance fees. I received excellent help on the phone and online by a real person. The main original problem lies with Vivint.

Fraud Alert I received a fraud alert concerning a purchase from London! I called Customer Service and from the initial text message of the fraud alert to the call to Customer Service man they were on it!!! Customer Service reps were attentive and patient! I was able to understand them speaking English! They solved my issue in less than 3 mins... Thanks to you all!
