Great Experience! I'm not the type to give anybody compliments, but I highly recommend Sebonic, especially my loan officer, Justin Fry. He was fantastic, unlike my previous loan officer at another bank. He was honest, up front, and handled everything with my best interest at hand. I highly recommend Justin. You can count on him! I will definitely contact him again in case I need to refi again.

A+ Great Experience!!!!!! After reading several reviews I was a little nervous about using Sebonic to refi our home. The reviews are either great or terrible. Our experience with Sebonic was great. Not only did we receive a good rate but It only took 3 weeks to refi our home. Michael Fienberg did a great job of keeping the process moving forward and was really quick to respond to my questions. Fantastic rates, hassle-free paperwork and a timely closing. Communication was better than expected. Overall I'm very pleased. My rate was a half point lower than local brokers and the fees were a lot lower, too. My originator, Kent, was really terrific and looked out for me during the whole process. Closing was slightly delayed by a late appraisal, but the lender extended their rate lock for free. Communication slowed down a bit during the middle of the process, but I never felt abandoned. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

An amazing home loan experience The loan process was like no other I have experienced. Over the years I have financed homes and refinanced some of those also, but none compares to Sebonic Financial.
