Easy process The process with Sebonic was pretty easy and painless. The staff assigned to the loan application were very responsive and answered questions and addressed a couple of what seemed to be software glitches. The rate and terms were very competitive.

A+ Great Experience!!!!!! After reading several reviews I was a little nervous about using Sebonic to refi our home. The reviews are either great or terrible. Our experience with Sebonic was great. Not only did we receive a good rate but It only took 3 weeks to refi our home. Michael Fienberg did a great job of keeping the process moving forward and was really quick to respond to my questions. Can't provide a negative so 1 star will… Can't provide a negative so 1 star will have to do. Started my loan with them in February and in May called Quicken because I kept getting the run around from Sebonic. Closed in June with Quicken, only 1 month, and still have Sebonic asking for the same documents I have provided several times. Save away from this company. They have no customer service, never spoke to my loan officer after he got me to sign up, I was told he is too busy. Run, don't walk away from Sebonic.
